Frantoio Venturino’s Organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained and pressed just from 100% italian olives coming from organic farming. Characterised by delicate and sweet taste, the Frantoio Venturino’s organic extra virgin olive oil is perfect with every kind of dish, expecially with fish, meat and side dishes.

The bottle wrapped with gold paper is useful not just as decoration, but is also useful to protect the oil from the sunlight that causes the oxidation process.

Venturino’s organic olives are “Cultivar Leccino”, 100% italians, from organic and certified production chain. Olives are preserved in water and salt to save the special taste, untouching the crunchiness and the aromaticity.

Especially indicated to enrich your dishes, appetizers, salads and more elaborate plates.

Available pitted or unpitted, in brine and in Extra Virgin Oil.

The smaller sizes of the organic Riviera olives are normally used for the production of the Riviera olive pâté, ideal as an appetizer, usually spread on toasted bread or used to dress a dish of pasta.
